MusicFit is a fitness program designed for touring musicians, road warriors, and/or anyone else looking to get their workouts in while they travel! All of the workouts were designed to be done with minimal equipment. The program includes: -4 Muscle Day workouts- these are a combination of strength, mobility, and plyometrics and each workout targets a different muscle group- 1 for upper body, 1 for lower body, 1 full body workout, and a core workout. All of the workouts contain demo videos with a ton of tips on how to modify and progress the workouts to add variety- so you never have to do the same exact workout twice. -1 recovery workout. -Full instructions on how to make the most out of your program, including how to advance as you get stronger. -Tip sheets for getting cardio in on the road and nutrition/staying healthy on the road. -1 free 20-minute consultation with me to ask questions, learn ways to customize the workouts to your fitness goals, and get anything else you think you might need from me to stay fit on the road. Or we could just talk about music, snowboarding, or footie the whole time, whatevs. -50% off a custom fitness plan, so you can keep going with your fitness journey beyond MusicFit. This is the intermediate to advanced program, designed for those who have been working out for a bit and are looking to maintain or advance their current fitness level on the road. It is not recommended for complete beginners.
